Work culture is little disturbed. Overburdened employees because they hired less staff. Joining letter with details of the contract was not share till the last day of work No overtime is payed ,some time compensatory leave is given.

It is a very good company for the doctors the doctors are respected very well in this company good work environment and good managers I really like it

There is no such this like about my experience in this company but as in salary part was average

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

If come to growth and salary and appraisal. 1 Salary very good. 2 growth normal. 3 appraisal yearly once. 4 Traveling yearly once going Resort. 5 In Vidal no political word. 6 If come learning experience is excellent. 7 work environment it's natural. 8 Any person work in Vidal they can work all over world.
