Work culture is little disturbed. Overburdened employees because they hired less staff. Joining letter with details of the contract was not share till the last day of work No overtime is payed ,some time compensatory leave is given.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

If come to growth and salary and appraisal. 1 Salary very good. 2 growth normal. 3 appraisal yearly once. 4 Traveling yearly once going Resort. 5 In Vidal no political word. 6 If come learning experience is excellent. 7 work environment it's natural. 8 Any person work in Vidal they can work all over world. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
