No any communication from Top management and HR. It's like working in contractual. No one care for your health and wellness. Compensation policy is also not good.

2 years || Great place to work, great company culture and from Director to managers everyone is supportive. perfect work life balance. Growth and devolopment depends on the type of project and nature of job which is sometimes not i hands of company (Clients mostly) otherwise there are no cons of working with vichara.

Work life balance is the key for staying in Vichara. Even Before covid they had facility of WFH when other companies were not even following this trend. They create work opportunities for working mothers. Its been 8 years I have been loyal to Vichara Technologies.

Management should be more communicating with employees even if it should be on calls .

Helpfull team members and managers. Overall all good. Only work work work no any fun activity or party. Management is ok.

Dislikes

No any special care of employees. No fun activity. Party once in a year. Sudden builds. Every day multi task with same day deadline. Work pressure is high. No project management. Transport is very costly.

Very good organisation, employee friendly, good compensation as per current market standards specially in service sector.

All good may be they can also start follow some more process. This may increase more trust in clients when you grow.
