There is only work environment good

  • Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Very bad experience in my career because there is no work timing minimum 10.5 hrs work time. Work time also not fix some times it may 15 hrs. No facilities like canteen, bus etc. Don't join this company anyone.

*In this Company the high quality products are to be manufactured & Dispatch to Customer (TATA MOTORS) with a good management system. *Production planning & quality are to controlled with zero defects & to achieve more customer satisfaction. *I have attending & well study of the MSA audit.

*I don't like about this company to make won non professional rules means rules are same for staff,operator,Helpers,etc *The other non technical work pressure is high than our technical/Dept work. *They are not give training of any Q.A. documentation for QA trainee Engineer. *Career growth is very slow. *The work time is increases but payment is remain same.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
