Nothing is there in the company to like

Company will give you nothing you should fight with them for your salary they will hold for 3 to 4 months without any reason account team and hr team will not respond to your calls

Work wise is fine but salary is less and no benefits other than pf

Dislikes

I worked in the year 2016, the team mates, TL and reporting manager were supportive and good, but after some time new TL entered and was changed everything, was not happy with her changes and behaviour.

Plenty to learn. Supportive teammates. Pretty good environment.

Dislikes

Noticed some partiality. Not very strict with the in and out timings. Would rather hire a new employee, with a higher salary than give a raise to the present employer letting him walk away. (Never found out the reason, might be because others may demand the same, but sometimes people who are good at what they do are lost because of this decision)

Likes

Fantastic company which gives opportunities to learn and grow. Friendly environment and there is no micromanagement which is very good. Flexible work policies, friendly HR team, and a very humble COO, CEO and Director. All new ideas and suggestions are well received.
