Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The way they manipulate and mould you and how to play with teachers. Worst experience ever.....

Dislikes

No Salary Manipulating Fake commitments Principal (Dhillon) and chairman (Deepak Rajyaguru) both are fraud inclusive of Accountant Narendra. If paying salary on cheque they ask bank to "Stop Cheque" Check bounce My whole team of 10teachers had faced the same and we had filed an FIR against school and trustees.
