Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

... not helpful with TLs .Clients misbehaving but seniors do not prtest about that. Salary scale is low . Create pressure to do other work like as MIS report making activities with TL work .Hence work load is very high for that the working gours should be 12 to 13 hours .

Like karne ka yaha kuch nahin hai, horrible experience

Salary issues, Fake commitment, Less salary compare to all other BPOs HODs ka har yes k sath yes bolo TL se manager ban jaoge with zero knowledge, manager banne k liye knowledge nahi chahiye yaha , Yehi hai Vibrant ka filhal kahani, so not move there for any jobs.

...that i made a team 3 members then 6. Now company is running with 800+ employees. One thing salaries on time always. But after working of near 4years they take my job without my prime knowledge in this covid-19. Nothing to say about company more
