Sometimes the salary dates do get fluctuated. But its OK if you plan and manage your financials accordingly.

No appraisal.no work ethic.lots of politics its like full family comes to office no professionalism also they dont give any maternity benifts in lieu they kicked out the female staff as no staff reqired in this situation or company is in loss they give any kind of excuse and take resignation from staff.
