The issues in this company are that it created by some frickle minded people. They thought that they have money and they find a way to waste it, they don't even any proper plan that how to manage employees, they offer a high amount of salary for those people who can't make a single sale in 3 months. Your salary will be completely dependent upon the sales. If the sales person can't make any sale they hold the salary. Even they does this same thing with the backend team also, whereas the backend teams are not responsible for the sales. CEO will manipulate you like this "we're facing some fund issues, it will sorted from the very next month", but it happens every month. When they had money or fund they just wasted those money so badly, for that reason they're facing the problems. Although if you join for the backend team, they'll force you to do data entry jobs. And you have to do it cause your 2months salary is currently on hold.
