Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

technicality is very good at vibgyor.Timely upgradation is proper as there are qualified and knowledgeable HOD for each sports.

Internal politics of HOD which the management is unable to detect as they are not in the loop and women are given more preference in any situation whether you right also u have to shut your mouth if you speak against wrong then u r out straight away. I had spent 8 years a lot of politics have happened in the past.

The school has an extremely conducive and a positive work culture which propogates a synergised environment to imparting quality education. The constant support of the management and my colleagues provided me an ideal platform to impart my teaching optimally.
