And make them to do for 10th also. If they do good fine otherwise either fired or brought in lower classes and then vacancy again created in higher grades

No salary hike during this pandemic, cut offs during this difficult times, increase of working hours., lot of politics .

Company is very clear about their dos and don'ts, salary on time, you get good quality teaching resources, only executions are expected from teachers in toe toe.

Micro Management, Job stability as they hire and remove people within a year, director of sports is a pathetic and biased person. No work satisfaction as your work will be handed over to others for recognition, the only skill that you will develop is of curiosity of what will happen next.
