... but you hardly get them they will call you in name of some or the other events. Salary is cut for any reason.

... done on ground...it's only filled online...don't ruin your children's future...they pay a commission to staff to get more students and it's a business not a school....

Dislikes

Everything. Children are not allowed to even play...syllabus is crammed up and activities are rushed just to show online to parents and make their bosses sitting in Mumbai happy...the work culture is cut throat and no respect for teachers.....they fleece money from parents. They are doing business not teaching....they are going Byjus way....the company will be doomed very soon

I strongly recommend teachers to join this organisation if you want to learn more and grow in your career but Coming to the work load I would say if you are able to handle multiple task at a time you are fit to be in this organisation . Regarding COVID-19 lockdown support I can say I wasn't expecting this from Vibgyor though trying to give the best to students we teachers are left .

The workload and the salary during this COVID-19.The workload is more considering we are at home so should be available anytime and not paying the full salary . Hike in salary is far away to talk about .

Only ambience is good rest no facilities for teachers much.

Dislikes

Salary less dan ur expectations quoted. Work pressure alot. Especially for main teacher and timings for teacher are strict , wait back also stretches alot. Dont go on sweet talks here. If ready to travel from far dan dont opt.

Some co-workers and the students.

Dislikes

...was like going for a war. And assigning of works will happen at the last moment. The work load was too much and the pay was very less literally very very less. Very toxic environment.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
