The obliging faculties provides a homely atmosphere to the teachers. The school provides the best curriculum for the overall growth and development of a child.

The curriculum and infrastructure is excellent but only if it is followed.

Dislikes

I thought of Vibgyor as an opportunity for my career BUT it became the worst experience of working with unprofessional and people who blame, disrespect, shout, give negative feedback and also threaten at work place.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
