It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

Actually ..you can learn alot here as the fellow teachers are very educated ..Good thing is salary comes on time and no interference of management..

Dislikes

You can not do anything innovative here..they will just bound you with their own kind of work..you will just have to follow whether its not correct.. secondly the burdon is too much they will disturb you at any time ...and no space for mistake here..

Company is very clear about their dos and don'ts, salary on time, you get good quality teaching resources, only executions are expected from teachers in toe toe.

Dislikes

Needs more of buttering skills to satisfy your immediate superior.

Likes

It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Salary is on time .

Dislikes

Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .
