It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

Actually ..you can learn alot here as the fellow teachers are very educated ..Good thing is salary comes on time and no interference of management..

Dislikes

You can not do anything innovative here..they will just bound you with their own kind of work..you will just have to follow whether its not correct.. secondly the burdon is too much they will disturb you at any time ...and no space for mistake here..

I left my job because they were calling to join back physically on 15th march .as I was at my native so I asked for 15 days to come back from my native because of pandemic.but they didn't listen my request. But at the same time I wanted to join back Vibgyor high because of so many positive aspects

Job satisfaction, growth path, Approachable management, end to end resolutions for problems, well defined policies. High professionalism.

Dislikes

Salary package need to be upscaled to match the brand we stand for. Medical insurance can be a part of benefits given. We need to work on retention of deserving employees.

Senior management is not good specially people in vertex. All sort of dirty politics is an integral part of their work. Think 1000 times before you join. Quick hire and fire policy without reason. HR at vertex is not good.
