Nothing... Team management not good... No overtime pay... Lots of pressure... Every day overtime work office time is 9:30 to 6:30 but they pressure to work till 10-11 pm... Actually they don't know how to do Ecommerce business

Salary on time.procedures nice.systematic...Facilities are good.

Wrong people are seating in wrong chair.Financial system lethargic.Too much process sequence.No connection of management to grassroot level.

Likes

It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Salary is on time .

Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .

Initial salary package will be good compared to other schools

Dislikes

Management doesn't have clarity on what policy to be implemented. All processes and policies keep changing. No work Life balance and very stressful environment to work.
