The school has its own curriculum and it is well planned by a good team who specializes in specific skills that are required for that specific field.

Dislikes

Pay scale is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes due to work pressure you need to work for little extra time. You need to learn show business here.

Work culture is definitely good but for a person who are aspiring to grow 'PA to Principal ' is not the right job. There are plenty of experienced people from whom you can learn.

...oyee are very tricky. Everywhere there's chance of pay cut and not a good hike . Salary structure is very low.

Likes

Not paying the salary . We understand that company is going through difficult times but after things are okay, salary should be given to the employees who are in need. No working hours followed. We work till night 12 even on Sundays . No job security.

Dislikes

Vibgyor was never like this. It was very organised but during pandemic, it did not treat its employees properly.

Likes

It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

Likes

It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.
