Management doesn't have clarity on what policy to be implemented. All processes and policies keep changing. No work Life balance and very stressful environment to work.

It's challenging and helps you in learning many things. It's structured and roles are well defined.

The salary for the amount of work given is very less. The work pressure is very high. Individual's work are mostly unnoticed.

It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.
