Only ambience is good rest no facilities for teachers much.
Dislikes
Salary less dan ur expectations quoted. Work pressure alot. Especially for main teacher and timings for teacher are strict , wait back also stretches alot. Dont go on sweet talks here.
If ready to travel from far dan dont opt.
Very disciplined, friendly environment with on time salary .
Dislikes
I left my job because they were calling to join back physically on 15th march .as I was at my native so I asked for 15 days to come back from my native because of pandemic.but they didn't listen my request.
But at the same time I wanted to join back Vibgyor high because of so many positive aspects
Transport they have and the wellness department have few resources
Dislikes
While they may emphasize that they offer competitive pay for the right candidate, in reality, their preferences lean towards hiring freshers or individuals with one year of experience to fill positions with lower compensation. The salary cap is set at 40k, and unfortunately, the counselling department lacks opportunities for professional growth or skill development. If your primary goal is to accumulate experience, joining VIBGYOR may be an option, however, if you are seeking exposure and a learning environment, it is advisable to explore other good schools and opportunities.
No job security. You don't get choice to teach the subject as per your subject expertise.
Very much work load. They don't see your work, they see only your standard of living.
It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.
Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.
