On time salary.

Dislikes

Hiring and firing. No vision no plan for at least 6 month or one year. Dont have project becasue of bad reputation. Only extreem chalanging project they can get which is very very tough to sale.

Company name has changed from The Vibe Realty to new name of Vibe Real Estate Services. Company is in real estate. It is a mandate firm. Team members in department support each other. Sole mandate projects in Mumbai n Pune.

Dislikes

No proper direction of work flow from top level management. Only hire and fire. Top management from KPDL. Our project did not last for 5 months. Company client only stay for 4-6 mnths. Sales target by developer not met in Pune, we then left the project. Decisions changes happened daily and CEO forgets her ideas given and asks 'who told to do this? Incentives not release on time or sometime not at all as promised. Review meetings on Monday n CEO only shouting on employee/ no strategy n workplan given. No company culture, just time pass - top heads department hired and fired in 3-6 months. Not a place to work for senior level.
