Salary was almost on time

Dislikes

...ch is a big threat to the security. Mostly equiments and fire system are failed. During the covid they no duty meals to the employee, 70 % salary cuts and did not even paid balance salary to the staff.

Vibe the lalit hotel don't support me. They throw anyone anytime out before their retirement period. They didn't support not even financially anyone in time of need.

This is a good hotel. I've gained good knowledge from this hotel I've learned number of things from the hotel. Teammates and and seniors very much good.totaly friendly environment. Housekeeping staff, front office,production staff and management of the hotel is really nice. Very good condition for job really amazing job description and experience. Great hotel .

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
