At certain point Felt doing same again and again. After letting out of organisation it's really hard for me to meet with interview. Because of lack of tech stack. You would face bit difficult in point of work life balance

Micro management and crm manager wants to create his own dependency. He wants to keep business knowledge with him as job security. Wrong person driving team.

Job security is an issue. Revenue loss in a quarter or two could lead to layoffs on few positions.
