Overall work atmosphere and salary is too good. Mylan has too much facilities which are beneficial for employees. Career in mylan is 100% perfect.

Career growth is only 5-10% in mylan. There is no job security for fresher and apprentice. Official politics is too much in mylan.

Very good learning opportunities ,training programs and work environment,salary benefits are good

Now a days job security not good.Some of heads following wrong freed backs getting from their close colleagues.

Good package and benefits, food and beverages are not bad

I would particularly mention Viatris Bangalore, The work culture here is very unethical, bossism, rude to employees, yelling at subordinates, no ear to employees, boss is always right and top management at this location are rotten

...hat's this policy????? Means freshers are best as compared to experience person. At least management should look into this regarding salary part. A part from that many times we have complaint regarding lunch but nobody is serious. Luch is getting with poor quality. If again we complaint again again then they targeted the person. Request you to look above matter.
