I would particularly mention Viatris Bangalore, The work culture here is very unethical, bossism, rude to employees, yelling at subordinates, no ear to employees, boss is always right and top management at this location are rotten

...hat's this policy????? Means freshers are best as compared to experience person. At least management should look into this regarding salary part. A part from that many times we have complaint regarding lunch but nobody is serious. Luch is getting with poor quality. If again we complaint again again then they targeted the person. Request you to look above matter.

It is a generic company. I have joined here after completing postdoc in USA. It has offered me good position but involved me in bench work with low salary. It makes me unsatisfied.

As per the company standards, good pay and decent hikes. Viatris GIDC is just Tamil IT department. They will not allow others to grow, they form as a team and they will rule the all teams. If any new positions, they will select only their community people. They will torture other community people and make others leave and recruit their people. It's kind of mafia.

Viatris GIDC is worst, simply ignore.. people who are good in politics then it's good company even they don't need any technical knowledge, they will pay if you sit idle also... So many people are there who are taking decent hikes without any work.. so many redundant positions are there. They won't work and they won't allow others to work. It's waste company.....
