...hat's this policy????? Means freshers are best as compared to experience person. At least management should look into this regarding salary part. A part from that many times we have complaint regarding lunch but nobody is serious. Luch is getting with poor quality. If again we complaint again again then they targeted the person. Request you to look above matter.

It is a generic company. I have joined here after completing postdoc in USA. It has offered me good position but involved me in bench work with low salary. It makes me unsatisfied.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supported.Company policies are good and give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics.Salary decent but career growth is slow.And there is bond of 6.5years with Mylan.I leaved housing loan subsidy because of my career and in 6.5years only one promotion I handle in all instruments like HPLC,gc and wet analysis also but no value.And any good opportunity in Mylan then will come for future.

Managment address the issue.but some low concern issue lightly focused.

Very much satisfy with work environment and with managers as well salary expectation..hope I will not leave mylan till 10years.good training and skill development related to work and satisfy with work load and no pressure at work feel happy to share my experaince at Mylan

Timing hrs more 9 hrs per day but monday to friday..have to adjust
