It is a generic company. I have joined here after completing postdoc in USA. It has offered me good position but involved me in bench work with low salary. It makes me unsatisfied.

It was perfect professional working experience, Work Culture, Compensation, Growth and especially Empowerment as HOD.

Not as such. I quit because of family reason as It was not connected with Jaipur (Home Town) and my daughter was small with my parents.

Good package and benefits, food and beverages are not bad

I would particularly mention Viatris Bangalore, The work culture here is very unethical, bossism, rude to employees, yelling at subordinates, no ear to employees, boss is always right and top management at this location are rotten

I love working in a positive environment where employees have a great scope to reach heights by position , salary, package and personality grooming.

...hat's this policy????? Means freshers are best as compared to experience person. At least management should look into this regarding salary part. A part from that many times we have complaint regarding lunch but nobody is serious. Luch is getting with poor quality. If again we complaint again again then they targeted the person. Request you to look above matter.
