below are the points : 1) no appraisal 2) zero job sequrity 3)100%✓ mental and physical harassment 4) they will blame you for every mistake to you whether you did or not 5) staff is full of negative womens who will ruin your day by there bad behaviour 6) don't expect any growth or learning 7) will make you do leg work to justify your salary not creativity 8) will expect you to stay late in office by 7 or 8 Abusive slang always ...just after you be there for one month .. never go in there trap

so company name is viam tex pvt ltd/ manalie export/vineet bhel. as a former employee, i would not recommend this company to designer or anyone else because:- 1 - the owner constantly makes employees feels worthless and disrespected. he have no manners how to talk human beings, if you are married or planning to get married, he belittles you with personal and inappropriate comment such as, 'this women is getting married; her brain is not working, " or "is your marriage occupying your mind"? 2- as a designer, your role is limited to sketching only. your designs will be executed by someone senior, and the owner trusts only one senior designer. your designs will frequently be changed without informing you, making you feels as if your input doesn't matter. 3- the company does not attend fashion shows or exhibitions and never let us too. during my employment period i only visit Pinterest for enhancing my skills, no fashion shows or exhibitions. i found out there is no future with this company. although they have done three shows in the past but other employees were not included. if you need inspiration for your garments, you are expected to rely solely on Pinterest, leading to a culture of copying rather than creativity became restricted. my designs revolved only around Pinterest, limiting my skills. 4- the work environment is highly authoritarian, where employees are expected to obey without questions, like soldiers in a military regime. 5- there are no festival celebrations or holidays, expect for holi and diwali only two holidays only on festival days. if you are not Christians, you won't get Christmas off, and if you are not Muslim, you won't get Eid off. there is no new year's holiday either. very unhappening company. 6-the company lacks a proper lunch area or kitchen, switch off light and eat in your desk. employees on the first and second floors have separate lunch breaks to prevent them interacting with each other. 7- the workplace culture is mentally exhausting and oppressive. i left the company due to hygiene issues and mental harassment, these are the things you have to deal with it,. otherwise HR is very nice but he is not gonna help you in anything. talking to owner about employees problems is better than not to say anything. 8- the work culture is very unhappening, pathetic and toxic. will ruin your mental peace. 9- no appraisal (every April) if they do its will be just 2000 or 3000 like a charity 10- don't expect growth and learning, you will be a just slave there.
