...ork life balance is zero. Only one leave a month. Medical benefits not provided. Medical leaves lead to pay cut. Imposition of decision on employees, creating unprofessional mess. Posing warning on employees to scare them and terminating employees. Upon resignation, the employees are tortured to pay compensation even when there is no question of holding any company assets. Threatening employees stating that if the employee leaves the company he/she won't be getting any job in future.

There is no proper management. They submit our marksheets before joining and then create problems while returning them. The notice period is difficult for everyone, no matter how professionally you move; they'll make it all difficult for you. All company culture is just for social media.
