According to my Experience this is good platform to learn New Development Product. Environmental condition is soo innovative and attractive.

1 No job security 2 Mind set not to give salary & expenses once employee leaves the company 3. No annual Increment to employees 4. Poor Quality 5. No timely salary & expenses are very late

This company is big zero with ideotic HR head and non technical head having charge of IT ,SAP and Accounts who is basically a guy who dont want to release his hold . Nothing to like .... HR manager Mr. Shashi is good person tries to empower company with his skills but he has no support from management.

1. HR head is dumb and irritates everyone even to plant head for no reason. 2. IT and SAP head has no head , keeps gaming on you from the day 1, hence since last 5 years accounts and IT people are not getting retained. 3. Late payments. 4. No job security. 5. No growth will hire ,use and fire you without reason. 6. Too much politics of Yogini and Vishwanath. 7. Worst company if you want to spoil your career join and enjoy your sadesati
