...e reporting manager is a corrupt person asking for commission from the stockist. Ask for parties after each salary . Always wants share in the incentive earned by the employee . If we complaint against this to the senior the senior is also involved and senior himself advices to share the incentive with the immediate reporting manager

...oin next 6 month u will get blood presure and suger diseases and other diseases.if u don't done the target in single month company stopped salary and expenses .If u want peasefull in ur life dont join this company

For more learning, VHB medi science is a best injection plant. Vhb have a good infrastructure compare to other injection plant.

Increment or promotions should be based on talent ,hard work and skill. Which is a little lacking here.

Good work environment & culture. Teammates are very much and management is transparent. Company policies is good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary salary every year.
