VGN lots of poltics in company Management is Good but working guys is Full of poltics and No job security without information they send out immediately no job security worst company am Worked in my life.

Salary they not giving properly no increment yearly no benefits in company worst company.

During work from home, they have given the salary to selective people only. From Jun'20 onwards 70% salary only provides and lockdown days are calculated by loss of pay.

There is no positive things to tell about the concern. Because everything is going worst. no recognization for right people.

The company not given salary hike and career growth during last 7 years , no benefits for employee , after work get completed , simply send off

Simply wasted my career in this company , VGN is not rewarded me as worked over 7 years of honest service , Salary is most important for all not even hiked during 7 years .

...HOPE WITH SALES TEAM, ANY ONE CAN BLIENDLY COMPLAINT & BLAME ABOUT SALES PERSON. Salary cont expect on time, but sure will get salary before 15th of every month. Incentive will get yearly ones or 2 years ones
