...der oly work work work.. Kindly give us log out time after completing our 9hrs . And also kindly provide my fnf and salary it's been 4months I left my job required mail conformation has been sent from my manager though they give conformation Mr. Manish is not ready to neither work or take responsibility he is really playing with our money kindly check and please take action on this and on Mr. Manish too thank you it's been a good experience working in vfs

Salary structure, poor management, no qualified managers, only senior managements friends get a chance to become a manager, managers don't have a knowledge, too much of politics, no growth

They have systematic Proses which helps us to increase work speed.And worked done over there by empyoies is according to roster.which helps us to know about the responsibility about the work which we are doin

Honestly, it was nice place that I was looking for my career . Even staff and management are very helpful. In covid -19 they managed their business as per the requirements and they just filter out many of experience & new staff according to business requirements. 50% paid around 3-4 months after covid.

...hey don't provide a chance any visa officer to switch the vac once in other vac. As per my observation few of vac have their good incentives part excluding the salary. In other vac there no part of incentives. So my request to management at least give chance to visa officer to other vac during off season... So they can also get a better incentive. Suppose in UK vac more than 100 staff are there they are getting better benefits with lucrative perks/incentives like additional perks to work with premium lounge. I never get a chance to work with any of these vac like UK, Canada, China. I can also do smart work and better dedication towards my work and responsibilities, but never no one think about this... Everyone is doing partiality with their loved ones . No one understands the pain behind the face. So my humble request to HR management if you selected any aspirants according to their comms skills then it would be great. At least give the chance to other vac officer to those vac where incentive and salry perks are good .

Company didn’t support us even they gave us leave without pay as well as later on end our contract Without any pay

Dislikes

They haven’t done anything special in this hard time instead of providing us half salary or some amount of salary they end our contract which was really rude and make us jobless
