Almost everything. They are paying very very less salary and in that less salary they ask for so much work from you. Dont choose this company its totaly horrible working there.

...pportive. Company polices are good.on the job training is given to new joinees .appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.the management doesn't address our some issues.

They are hiring in bulk in November and December on the contract basis, because their count of every country is so much in start in January to Mid September, After That they are ending your contract and so much people loose their job

Communication skills , learning about visa application process, Team mates are very supportive, Division of tasks and sometimes sharing our work to increase efficiency and quality.

yeah, it was good and bad experience i had in vfs which every employee had with previous company.just want say that keep employees give chance to show their hidden talent.

bad thing about vfs that never support with their talent and so bad in terms of salary growth and career as well.
