Huge politics in management team.If you are oiling them then you are getting the promotion specifically in UK mission Kolkata location. If you were did a small mistake they would deducted a lump sum amount from your incentive. If you are did any good job.you will get few good adjectives words from senior nothings else. After 5 years of work in your farewell they will give you one photo frame which cost 120 rupees. Working hours more than 12hrs.

...nt and culture.teammates are supportive...cafeteria is really really very small. Management should look after the salary packages of operation officer...as in my opinion its pretty very low compare to the huge work pressure..

Career growth is stagnant.salary package is pretty low. Should provide cab facility to its lady employees as in peak seasons people have to work till 12am in mid night also...

VFS GLOBAL is not supported any employees, they did not provide salary or any allowances , they just , decreasing staffs , vfs not providing that much of salary according to work , they want work more and more but you receive salary is lesss.

... company,no job security anytime they sacks employees according to their needs.. salary structure is very low and they says that working hours is 8 but above 14hours they keep and don't provide any overtime or any allowance. Ambience and office culture is very bad.No understanding and cooperation from anyone.
