Every day same kind of work. Also many a times internal communication is not good. Growth is very slow and salary rise is also slow.

...ulture. Teammates and management are so supportive. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hije and bonus every year.

...ity people (specially girls) and IGNORE other talented candidates in VFS GLOBAL. Salary is pathetic. No Career Growth. TOTAL EXPLOITATION, ZERO GROWTH PATH. VISA SCAMS ARE VERY HIGH. PEOPLE TAKE BRIBE HERE FOR VISA STAMPING. This company should be BANNED and CLOSED in INDIA.

...the knowledge and improve the skills and language and attitude towards posotive. This company have a high range of pay including the OT and Incentives which can help a freasher to gain and safe more for the future.

Rhe growth in this company is very hard. I mean you dnt get the growth easily at here unless and untill you have prove your self to each and everyone and please them.

Oh the only think i liked about this job was that the fellow employees were very nice and supportive.

...e uniforms. Also i have seen that manager's have favouritism going on in office. The salary structure was pretty bad. On paper it was written that u would receive so called amount and in reality i have gotten less amout. They taught us about restrictions and policies but i have seen that not only employees but even managers dont follow any standards and guidelines.
