Nothing. Not a single thing i liked about this company.

Almost everything. They are paying very very less salary and in that less salary they ask for so much work from you. Dont choose this company its totaly horrible working there.

...pportive. Company polices are good.on the job training is given to new joinees .appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.the management doesn't address our some issues.

In vfs global service I like the work way.. And security or employees and no target... And the most important thing our communications skills are improved dealing the applicants on daily basis

...tion is good but there is no growth.... More Work pressure.. I have to work 14.16 hours in peak season mostly daily but salary is not good

poor management, lack of work-life balance, low pay, inconsistent work schedules, limited growth opportunities, customer abuse with inadequate staff support, and a feeling of not being valued by the company;

Only salary and insentive are good that's it

Dislikes

They are hiring in bulk in November and December on the contract basis, because their count of every country is so much in start in January to Mid September, After That they are ending your contract and so much people loose their job
