The company is very good but in terms of salary they are cheaper. they have a good atmosphere to work and very setisfectnory culture they have. I almost work 2 years for the vfs global and learn lot of things.. in terms of learning this is the best pletform but when i look at salary they even don't provide bucks for ur bread and butter.

1. Salary structure ! 2. Worst management 3. No much exposure to get promotion

There is no work to be taken back at home. You get two holidays a week and a fixed shift to work for.

Every day same kind of work. Also many a times internal communication is not good. Growth is very slow and salary rise is also slow.

...ulture. Teammates and management are so supportive. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hije and bonus every year.

...ity people (specially girls) and IGNORE other talented candidates in VFS GLOBAL. Salary is pathetic. No Career Growth. TOTAL EXPLOITATION, ZERO GROWTH PATH. VISA SCAMS ARE VERY HIGH. PEOPLE TAKE BRIBE HERE FOR VISA STAMPING. This company should be BANNED and CLOSED in INDIA.

It was ok to work. There is no doubts that have learned new things and experienced a very different work environment. Security is no doubts the best. They do have educational assistance due to which have done my certification on HRM.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management is biased. Salary is good and come on time but growth is very slow. Changes are not accepted easily and tram spirit is not there. Find managers and above narrow minded in there thought process. The office areas is underground and above that not well ventilated and doesn't follow go green work place concept.
