... the franchise pay roll there is no ESI and PF. There is no appraisal and bonus. I haved work with the franchise 5years but they are not given any emergency support and I didn't get my salary for lock down period and I lost my job because of lock down.

...perience with franchises because they are not ready to help in lock down period. Not paid salary. Kick out all the staff because of lock down.

Work life balance is very good, it follows processes for every activities, appreciative of any intiatives that you take, review meetings on your performance and feedbacks which gives you motivation to pursue the same.

Salary is not part with the industry standards, very cost effective approach

It was a good experience with VF Brands. Training programs were fun, package was good. I got to travel, also I got to meet my colleagues who came from different cultural backgrounds.

So many seniors pointing in different direction..

Work from home, Good work environment, Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Very good multinational company, very carefully, very experienced senior and staff, good behaviours and senior other,

Dislikes

The seniors there did not teach much. And There was no rapid growth there.And he moved out of Company India.
