Nothing to like about Vesuvius..it's MNC for namesake pure Indian culture. Until unless entire bengali management doesn't change the culture will stay like this. Managers ask people to work on weekends. 5 days work week is just title but they don't follow. Management takes say off but employees need to come and work and are not allowed to take comp off or off on sat. If questioned we are threatened with won't be surviving long or will get fired.

Dislikes

Work culture, salary structure, management, work life balance, benefits, no yearly medical health checkups and lot more. Managers asking to work for more than 14 15 hours daily and saying if you wanna survive here you should work no option and directly they say on face that forget personal life and family home..just work for company

Job security. Salary at par or just below par. People freely share their experience, job learning opportunities are good.

Dislikes

1. No clear promotion rules, multiple examples of no promotions for 8-10 years. 2. No scope for skill development. 3. Terrible work life balance especially in operations.

...earning since wide range production portfolio in a selected sector. MNC company.salary is better compare to other company in the same segment ( mostly)

Work cultural degraded slowly.wor/ personal life balance getting uneven.management don't enthusiastic any more towards employees growth.

When I joined the organisation I really liked it. But from when I started to go to office and when i discuss with the employees what I understood is this organisation is not like any other IT company. No established policies and all the decisions are made by managers. Totally internal politics. If your manager likes you, You have a good future and if not it will be horrible for you.

Vesuvius have no established policies. Every activity depends on the manager's decision. Vesuvius secretly started layoffs. Company is forcing it's employees to resign by themselves. if you are joining this organisation please read your contract carefully. it favours the organisation and won't be helpful to you. It is not advisable to join in this organisation. At any point of your probation period, the company will force may you to resign. If not they will terminate you. I was not provided with any reason. And my HR forced me to resign. Before I send a resignation mail they blocked my laptop. I was remotely for some personal reasons and I was asked to come to office and my HR who is sitting in Pune location took me to teams call and asked me to send a registration mail immediately and to handover all the assets with in half hour and I was not provided with any reason. I tried to contact my manager to know the reason and my manager didn't responded but blocked my laptop immediately. I have no option but to submit all assets in office and return home.
