Leave policy for the employees are not available. Salary timing is not fixed. No opportunity for promotion or self improvement. Very toxic work culture. Zero job satisfaction.

They pay salary on time,which is very rare to see in construction and Fitout industru, Caring employees like a family members when they r in medical emergency and personal financial problems,

Work life balance is pathetic for Middle & Junior management team members at project , They won't follow their own policies and it's applicable to few employees only, from leaves to promotion and increments to antibribary , Discrimination at cafeteria based on what they eat,(Non veg is completely not allowed at cafe), Designations and team higharcy are just for name sake,

...s them to generate revenue without any support, even during the COVID situation. The company is well funded but the CEO does not want to save employees by paying them reduced salaries also. He does pay few women in the company which he likes. This is a hire and fire organization, traps candidates with their extravagant offer and then asks for resignation of you don't perform due to COVID situation. It just played with my life and ruined my career. They do not mention pay cuts on email, they do everything as per their whims and fancies.

They are just making false comments not getting proper support, no leave policy, no benifits and no bonus there requirement just working no refreshment no rewards no motivation.

No benefits for employees like CL & PL, go to leave but sacrifice your salary. Back office team is worst here at Kolkata,abusive language, behaviour is what they have learned throughout their so called industry experience.
