No job security and opportunity for growth. You can't stay here long even if you excel all others in skills. The only skill needed here is relationship with management. If want to grow yourself, it is not the correct place.

Nilesh is my TL or my manager in the US. He is a very understandable and balanced person. He understands the job needs of the employees. All over it is good to work in Verveba Telecom LLC. We get lots of flexibility. We can work from home. We have to understand the priority of work and have to complete it accordingly. If we are for Verveba Telecom then Verveba Telecom is for us. All other management is also good to work with. Verveba Telecom's working atmosphere is good. No unhealthy competition.
