...2) Salary increment is very poor. 3) Saturday and Sunday also you have to work. In office location if you work on saturday or sunday so company will pay you extra amount but if you are on Tour and working on saturday and sunday then company will not pay you any extra amount which is not at all correct and maximum times i have to work on saturday and Sunday on Tour.

I should have given 0 stars but there is no option for this. A total fraudster and scammer startup based out of Saket. Beware

...on professional. He has severe misbehaviour issues with everyone in the company. I was employed here at a package that just after few days the CEO claimed she couldn't afford. Shortly thereafter I have been attacked on very personal issues like by Body language, ethnicity, personal life and social circles, my community and there were reasons Chhaya gave for suddenly terminating my employment. Later I discovered that this woman was suffering from various mental instability issues, as reported by my colleagues. This company is a PUBLIC BURDEN and should be shut down immediately.

Work culture is good. Lot to learn as vertiv has variety of products. Office timings are flexible.

Dislikes

...not good. Too much delay in recruitment of new sources increases burden on team. Variable pay is 15 percent of CTC, that is too much. That too with low salary.

Likes

You will never regret in Vertiv in terms of working culture and work life balance. Director is very much employee oriented. Being said this I would have never left the company of they would had paid me well in past. But still I enjoyed working in Vertiv. You will get a chance to learn Six Sigma and other certification courses as well.

Dislikes

Those who joined on low salary there is a huge gap in market, otherwise of you join with a good salary it is very safe and good place to work.

1. You work remotely with international teams.

1. Salary is very less. 2. Things will improve if people coming outside of Maharashtra faces less friction. 3. Units are not there so testing is an issue. We might need to travel to Thane or test on remote units in US after hours without comoensation of the time.
