Being said this I would have never left the company of they would had paid me well in past. But still I enjoyed working in Vertiv. You will get a chance to learn Six Sigma and other certification courses as well.

Those who joined on low salary there is a huge gap in market, otherwise of you join with a good salary it is very safe and good place to work.

Kindly of job profile is Good. Skill development is excellent. Salary and appraisal is so so.. Its not so bad and not so good.

More Politics, We can't enjoy our life with family. U have to work continuously. Pay is less.

Compensation is low, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior get the advantages.
