Teammates are very supportive, vertiv arrange technical training sessions quarterly that is very important for career growth and salary is satisfactory as per designation.

If there is any kind of visit on site than you have to spent extra time on site that sometimes not payable.

Its a ecofriendly enviorenment here working on vertiv. There is a lot to learn here about power electronics.

Compensation is low, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior get the advantages.

...on professional. He has severe misbehaviour issues with everyone in the company. I was employed here at a package that just after few days the CEO claimed she couldn't afford. Shortly thereafter I have been attacked on very personal issues like by Body language, ethnicity, personal life and social circles, my community and there were reasons Chhaya gave for suddenly terminating my employment. Later I discovered that this woman was suffering from various mental instability issues, as reported by my colleagues. This company is a PUBLIC BURDEN and should be shut down immediately.
