The company is open to explore the latest technologies and give chances to work on different technologies. Teammates helps to into the new technologies. I love the fact that I was part of a team and working under a manager who really helped me in each and every aspects. Though, I was a fresher, I was advised to attend the client calls and gather the requirement with direct interaction. Job security is the positive point I would like to mention as they gives multiple chances if we can't make in any technology/projects.
