The Management is very good and important thing is that they are technically equipped. Best thing about the company is that they will give enough flexibility to the developers for the work to get accomplished. Didn't observe micro management in the organization which helps increase productivity, teamwork and employees increase trust on the organization and the top management.

Dislikes

...t HR tries to micro manage the employees, asking questions about WFH and Leaves. The employee salary benefits are minimal or nill. Salary components like Meal allowances, Fuel allowances and Communication allowances are missing due to which employees will not be able to leverage additional tax benefits. Last thing I would like to comment about is that I am happy to work extra hours but not everybody likes to work overtime, so make sure employees are not over loaded with work or check with employees if they are ready to work extra and assign additional work.
