One of the worst organization ever. First they will take 5-6 round of interview and then they will release the offer letter after a month. Even after joining there is no project they have. You have to sit on bench for 5-6 months and when you will request them for any project then they will assign a job which is completely different and junior position role. You can't learn anything here. Never join such bull shit organization.

The work-life balance. In Verticurl I love the work culture, They don't micromanage anything,

I would say the compensation here is very less compare to the industry standards and we don't have any sort of perks working here. There aren't any learning subscriptions to enhance our knowledge.

Good working environment, work culture is good. Appraisals and salary hike is not okay. Work life balance is good here.

...eceived few appreciation from Client Success Manager, but it was not recognized. While recruiting, the HR said that my take home salary is 25000, but after first month, salary slip stated that the salary is 18.5k and shift allowance is 7.5k. Very slow growth. After 3 appraisals my salary is just 33000 (Standard - INR 36k hike/year (3k/month)). Also, I worked for night shift but received no shift allowance for the first 6 months. No goodies, recognition and after many peoples started leaving the company, they started giving goodies and other stuffs to employees. Started posting in LinkedIn about the false news that how great was working with Verticurl. Lot of internal politics. They keep on moving a resource to multiple projects. And company changed its policy 2 times in a year. In offer letter they stated 2 months notice, but suddenly changed it to 3 months. Managers don't know how to manage the team. Once I did QA of my manager's task (he did it due to urgency) and there was around 16 errors. The manager delivered the task, later I have to request the CSE team to hold the task until the issues has been fixed. Many companies has raised lot of escalations due to Email campaign deployment w/o email footer and misuse of client's data. Log on time to office, but no log off time. Almost 85 persons left the company within 1.5 year due to poor management.
