Who will like this company, poor HR Policies, Poor Management, Think 10,000 times before joining this company, never ever believe HR words before joining. take return communication for everything what they offer.

...ite of that you will loose everything what you earnt from previous organization. Never expect salary on time. Total employees are surrounded by politics. Zero Job security, you never expect which is going to be your last day, all of a sudden they will call and tell you that today is your last day, management is not happy with your performance and this will happen after finding your alternative. Few employees are still waiting for promotions and salary increment from past 2years. non of the management or your immediate reporting boss will appreciate your work even after putting your 100% effort and bring good results to them. they never make justification... Finally think more than 1000 times before joining this company...

Nothing to like, people who are desperate about the carrier should not invest they valuable time here.

...e written communication for everything what they promise at the time of joining. No expectations on Promotions, salary increments and incentive. They never own an employee. They just treat employee as poor worker who just work for money. Please think 3-4 times before joining and also seek for advises from known person before joining... They are about 4-5 people who are spoiling the company reputation by influencing management and employee. All policies will be favorable to the company only...

Such a Good Work Place with Zero Work Pressure.. they are doing multiple projects in and around the city so no fear on Job Security.. Freshers Can Learn a lot.. Work Timings are 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Salary Hikes are not up to the Mark.. No other additional Benefits like Yearly Bonus/performance appraisals.

Not really much to share about the advantages of working in Vertex Homes, average salary as per industry standards. As it is not a corporate sector, policies keeping changing often. Hiring and firing is a common practice.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. No job security as hiring and firing is a common practice. Late night review meetings are everyday routine starts at your log out time. Appraisals and incentives are reserved for a selected few. No platform to grow and exhibit your strengths and talent.

They will not give proper salary and they they will detecting late attendence every month amount but they dedecting amount on previous salary every time about previous months also if in case they inctease salary also you will get only when ever employee joined the same salary they will give for example joining day they offer like 20k net salay is 15k after 5years atleast 25k but net salary is 15k what is the use for employee if any one will aske to hr they will not good to give answers they will speak abusing language and they dont have proper mancers and they dont have proper management skills and managment also very poor ,,, friends dont join in this company if you want better feature tray to join better company dont trust this company and dont trust management.

Very bad company and managment and hr deparent is very low class people they dont know the employee value
