I have very good experience in company. easily mingle with my colleague, also senior officers don't keep the partially and all employees got in equal priority. Another plus point that my colleagues come form various cultural backgrounds, and we worked happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high but salary is low this ,suddenly fed the mind in job. we have work in 8 hours in straight in a day. Also, every day we reached out the 120 contacts and 70% of positive call but sometimes don't reach the target is affect to the career performance. Company is worked to holidays (espy Sunday) then customers is behaved in very badly. some days we answer the other states calls in 2- 3 hours but don't give the any extra payment,only received in salary.

Vertex is nice company,there is no work pressure only thing is less salary

Cafeteria is so small only less amount of people can eat.we will wait for them till finish eating.locker also small two should use a single locker not enough for us we will keep bags outside the locker

...ry bad. If the people working mindset is happy means they can achieve the goals. Salary is very low, and no hike even though you are there for years and years. The people who are tenure in process got to leav the office, just because of basic salary. No increment at all.

Dislikes

Settlement payment still not credited, its been more than 2months i left the company. How could the company runs without basic principles.

The company given to me a confidence for my future career, i love time management and punctuality.

Dislikes

Working in continuous way, no extra cultural activities, and also less salary package even 2-3 senior candidates also.
