Very Bad Management experience, There is no care of employees here, salary does not come on time and management is not good at all. I don't like anything here, they give you only frustration not salary.

I am talking about vcosmos Jaipur branch it is really worst company for working they do not giving salary and all employees fad up with this organisation please avoid joining this company

in vecosmos only goodwas it was remote.

they deduct amount from the salaryand then say u will get the decuted amount next but but next month never comes they will calll u even on weekof for extra loggin as its a one week of work culture they will say u will be paid extra on login hour basis on overtime but never recived and when u ask for experince letter they will ask u for 10000 then they will give u exp letter and u will serve the notice period and u will not recive the salary of the notice period its beeen 6months i have left the company and still not recived my feb salary and when cooridnate with the designated person they keep saying wait for 2-3days

Really all shit is happening here ...the management itself not having the clarity in between them and they will never pay your full ànd final settlement so you need to be clear before joining here....
